Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately due to abnormal weather conditions at the moment we are experiencing situations where we are unable to go out an operate.
Understandably a lot of time and effort goes into organising birthday parties. We will only cancel the boats operating if the safety of the jumpers onboard is in question.
The four factors that will stop Jungle Float from operating are:
1. Strong Winds
2. Torrential Rain
3. Lightning
4. Bad Water Pollution
We are constantly looking at the long to mid to short weather predictions to provide the earliest indiction of cancellation.
Should this happen then we are more than happy to provide a full refund if you do not wish to book for another time and date.
